About Beyond AI Code
Hello! Welcome to Beyond AI Code.
This blog was created to offer an in-depth exploration of how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the world, with a focus on current events, social impact, and future trends. We go beyond code to understand the real implications for humanity. Our goal is to inspire and inform about the possibilities and challenges of this technology, fostering a discussion about its role in our future.
About the author
The mind behind Beyond AI Code is Marcos Vasconcellos de Andrade, a technology enthusiast and researcher.
With more than 20 years of experience in technology, working as an AI Developer, Data Engineer, Data Architect, Web Developer, among other roles, the mission here is to translate the complexity of AI into accessible and relevant content, driven by the passion to uncover the future of technology, especially Artificial Intelligence.
My interest in technology began in the mid-1990s, when I first encountered DOS and Linux systems. Over the years, I deepened my knowledge across several distributions, such as CentOS, Debian, and Ubuntu, working in Linux server administration, networking, and user support until 2015.
In 2020, I completed a degree in Internet Systems Technology at the Federal Institute of Brasília (IFB), where I gained experience with Java, Node.js, SQL, and other development tools.
After graduating, my interest in data and artificial intelligence led me to a postgraduate degree in Data Engineering and Architecture, with dual certification in Artificial Intelligence, completed at the end of 2024 at XP Educação. During that specialization, I explored technologies such as Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Python, SQL, data pipelines, generative AI, and AI agents.
Currently, I continue to deepen my expertise through courses and bootcamps in data and AI.
As a hobby, I enjoy studying languages and believe I am at the following levels:
- English and Spanish: B1
- French and Italian: A1
I am always open to connecting, sharing ideas, and collaborating — especially if you are working on something interesting in AI or data.
